SPUDAMATIC III : THE FINAL CHAPTER

What started out as a 10 minute piece in an Intro To Video Class sparked the driving force to this AGTV Trilogy. The original plan was to make two sequals to the 10 min piece Spudamatic. What was then called Spudamatic II : The Origin of the Light was already in production however in the wake of three bomb threats and the war in Iraq, the piece was held off until the fall of 2003. There has already been a trailor released for Spudamatic II however the final minute of it was cut off by CUTV. In time the creative energy swarmed through the mind of Matt Korona. The decision was made to start Spudamatic from scratch. It was unfair to have two 30 min sequals when the original piece was only 10 mins. Click here to view posters that were intended for Spudamatic II. This fall, there will be three 30 min pieces done (hopefully). Roles may change when the filming begins. We are losing key driving forces due to schedueling change next semester such as Alex Benevent, the man who co-directed the Spudamatic II trailor. Matt Korona will return as the man who has the potato flashlight as Jeremy Budinsky will return as the news reporter. This fall... the potatoes will rise.... The story is told... from the very beginning
