Potassium Permangate and Phosphorus
This LE is a flash powder (not officially, flash powder must contain a metal powder) and will give of a nice amount of light when used at night. Unstable due to both components being reactive and the ability of Potassium Permangate (KMNO4) to absorb water from the air, which will in fact cause the explosive to spontaneously ignite. No KMNO4 based powders should be stored.
