NOV 28: UPDATE: Updated
most recent round at Woodcreek for Josh, Joe, Kevin. Need round
info from John and Ed since they played there also. **UPDATED
GALLERY - CHECK IT OUT**
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Kevin, Joe, Josh, and Jeremy will be signing up at
Woodcreek by the end of the year. Would be nice if the rest of ya
did also.
GET WELL JUNIOR! Missed ya on the golf course today. It was
freaking freezing out there so it's probably best you didn't go.
CRAZY ED was wearing shorts when we saw him, John, and their dad at the
turn. Were ya cold ED?
INTERESTING FACT: Although Josh has been killing everyone this
year, lately he's been playing worse than normal and is threatening to
not play again until April :) If he doesn't get one more
round in by 12/31/04, Joe has a chance (if he holds the lead) to take
over the lead for the year's tournament and could possibly be crowned as
the 2004 Grand Master. If Josh plays one more round and qualifies,
it will be tough to catch him.
NOV 14: UPDATE:
Updated most recent round. Close race between Josh, Ed, and Jeremy
with only a few net points separating them :)
ANNOUNCEMENTS: After evaluating both Woodcreek and Diamond Oaks
Mens Clubs, it appears that for the money, Woodcreek might actually be
the better way to go. Talk to Kevin or Joe for details. I'll
send an email out about it also.
NOV 7: UPDATE:
September/October Tournament Results are in. See "New"
Leaderboard pages. (hint: to see individual stats, click on
your name on the left border) New Tournament has begun. Get your 3
rounds in before the end of the year!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Emails were sent to everyone in the club urging
them to consider joining a men's club here in town. I'm leaning
towards the one at Diamond Oaks. Sounds like fun.
I won't bore you with the
details of how we're doing the club scoring, handicaps, etc. If
you have a question, just call me.
OCT 22: UPDATE: Posted most recent
rounds. One week to go before Tournament ends and new one
begins.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: I'm testing some software programs for use instead
of the stat sheets I've been using. The Excel program doesnt seem
to be computing things correctly. If you have golfed more than 20
rounds, your handicaps have been readjusted due to mistakes it was
making and the fact that I wasn't using the last 20 rounds to get the
best 10 scores, but all rounds for best 10 scores. Hence,
everyone's handicaps may have popped up a bit. sorry bout
that! (another reason to buy a software program)
