The setting is this. It is late afternoon early evening and I have a first person perspective of a man with dark wavy hair, Hispanic decent that has a limp possibly due to an artificial leg or injury. in his mid 30’s, He is about 30 yards in front of me and he is holding the hand of a little girl with long black hair dressed in what looks like a princess costume. In his left hand he is carrying a plastic pumpkin which looks like a Halloween candy holder. They are walking towards me on a residential sidewalk. When they get about 15 yards from me a group of teen come from behind them and scurry towards me cutting the two off. The man looks up at the running, laughing teens and looks at the little girl and says “hey honey let’s drop this candy off at the house and let me get a little bit of a rest and then after we will go to the big house down the street where they give out big candy bars. She looks up at him and says “ok uncle I want to show mommy what I got so far anyways”. They are about 5 feet in front of me when the man turns into a walkway leading to an “A” frame style house and I lose site of them.
My field of view changes as I start to fade backwards and start to elevate to a ¾ view and the view turns 90 degrees to the right. I am now looking at a peach colored two story Victorian house with a renovated Bay windows in the front right of the lower level. To the left are 3 steps leading up to a white deck style front porch which leads up to the front door.

It appears to me that there is some sort of party going on because there is movement going on by the bay windows. All of a sudden there is a tremendous explosion that blows the windows out that is followed with a burst of flames.
My view changes from a ¾ Arial to a first person ground view where I can feel the heat of the flames on my face. Immediately there is a commotion going on of fire trucks and people scrambling to get hoses in place. I feel someone grab my right shoulder and it is my brother in Law Bill who then tells me ‘Frank your sister Chris is in there along with Jared, Dani, Sara, Wayne and Greg!” “We have to get in there now!”
At that point all I can think about is getting in there and getting the people that have been my life for so many years out of that fiery tomb. Both Bill and myself charge for the front entry way but are immediately stopped by a fireman who says we can’t get any closer than we are now. That does not work for us and we both charge forward knocking the person down like an empty bottle. As we run up the front porch and to the front door smoke is everywhere. I look to the right and firemen are trying to put the flames out in the dinning/ kitchen area and to the left is nothing but smoke. In front of me I see a spiral staircase leading upstairs. Bill looks at me and says “ I will check out the kitchen area, go upstairs and see if you can find any of them up there. We then agree to meet back at the front door when we found everyone. Bill runs towards the dinning/kitchen area and I start to make my way up the staircase.

When I get upstairs to the left is some smoldering French doors leading to what must be a bedroom and the same on the right of me. There is a banister to my left which leads to a small walking area that shows my 3 doors. I decide to walk down that area first passing the first 2 doors directly to my right and carefully open the door at the end of the hall area. When I open the door it’s a bit dark but I realize it is a bathroom and on the bathroom floor I see my nephew Jared curled up in a fetal position. I immediately start to shake him saying out loud. “Jared Get up we have to get you out of here now!” He opens his eyes and begins to cough which to me is a good sign. He tells me “What happened I came up to use the bathroom and I heard a loud noise and I felt hot. I told him there was a fire and he needed to get up so I could get him out of the house. He then told me “ Mom is still in the kitchen and I don’t know where Daniela and the others are They were in there with us but Greg said he wanted to do something upstairs and that’s the last I saw of them. I then told him not to worry I would find them all so he got to his feet and I supported him as we walked to the stairs. I then asked him if he would be ok getting down the steps himself and he said yes. I told him to go right out the front door and wait outside on the sidewalk while me and his dad help get everyone out which he agreed to. I watched him head down the stairs in a fast pace and knew he would be ok. Facing the stairs I then looked to the right of me where the smoldering French doors lay ahead. I realize that room is directly above where the explosion I saw came from so without another thought I slowly checked the door which was very hot. I knew the odds of getting burned myself were high if I opened the door but I had to find everyone. It was a no brainier as I opened the door. The fire department must have been fast at work downstairs because even though parts of the floor were burnt out and charred there were areas that I was able to walk on and no apparent flames were visible.
As I made my way around the debris and what seems to be charred remains of bodies I see to the right of the room two more French doors leading to what must be yet another bedroom. As I walk towards the doors I stumble over what I thought at first was burnt furniture. As I was trying to get back to my feet I noticed that in fact it was a burnt body unrecognizable only the left hand which was covered with soot but as I looked I noticed a familiar sapphire ring. I was in shock and disbelief when I could not believe I was staring down at the remains of the woman I had spent 13 years of my life with. A feeling of deep loss and sorrow swept over me. I told myself this is a dream! This is not happening! Wake up now damn it! But the vision stayed before me. I did not want to walk away from what was before me but I knew that if the kids were with her they must still be found somewhere. I took off my button up shirt and covered her remains and ventured into the next room. When I opened the doors I was blinded with tears and smoke. In front of me was a queen size canopy bed that was smoldering and glowing red from heat. The bed was located on the left wall. On the other side of the bed I saw a set of accordion doors which I assumed was a closet. I walked around the bed to the doors and opened them up. Sitting on the floor on the left corner of the closet was Sara and Greg. Greg has his arm around Sara and Sara has her head buried into his chest with either of them with no apparent burns. I kneel down and start to shake Sara calling her name and at the same time telling Greg “Dude you did good to come in here I am so fucking proud of you”. Sara starts to cough and when she brings her head up I don’t see Sara of her early 20’s. Instead I see Sara of 15 looking at me in bewilderment saying “what happened and where is mom?” I tell her not to worry about that now we have to get outside. She agrees and starts to tell Greg “Babe come on we have to get downstairs” as she coughs from the smoke. This is the first time I look at Greg in the eyes and it is also then I realize that he has a glossed over look with his mouth slightly open. My heart was crushed; this young man who I have only known for 2 years gave his life up to save his girlfriends and did not leave her side. Before I broke down I had to think fast and told Sara “Hun I will come back for him, let me get you downstairs first and I will come right back for him I promise”. She agreed and I scooped her up in my arms and headed back towards the stairs averting her vision when we passed the covered remains of her mother. As I reached the steps a fireman was there and told me “Give her to me I will take her outside”. I carefully handed Sara over to him and he instantly took off his mask and put it on Sara. He then looks at me and says “Did you find anybody else up here?” which I reply “yes” and I give him a look that he knows all too well and he heads downs the stairs. I head back into the room stopping at the remains of the woman I loved for so many years and then gather the strength to collect Greg. I was not mentally strong enough at this time and even as I write this now, tears cloud my vision. This young man did everything right. He stayed low as possible yet the smoke overtook him. Having Sara bury her face in his chest was the only thing that saved her and I felt such a deep respect for him for all that he did. As I start to reach down to lift his body I hear a guttural animalistic noise coming by the canopy bed. I walk around to the other side of it when this badly burnt animal comes staggering from under the bed. On it back are 2 large gashes which almost run the length of the animal. I kneel down to examine it more carefully when I see on the tattered fur on the white chin a black dot. It was Willy my one eyed cat of 14 years. I thought my heart could not go through anymore hurt but I was wrong. I carefully scooped her up as I called her name and she tried to meow but only a dry guttural sound came out. At that time I saw that her one and only eyes was sealed shut and the only thing that came to mind was to get her out of there. I made my way back towards the stairs and as I passed the remains of Dani, Willy made a shriek that I will never forget.

I make my way down the stairs and before I get to the front door there is Bill running in my direction asking “Did you find anyone?” I tell him I found Jared, Sara, Greg, and the remains of Dani as well as Willy. He tells me that Jared and Sara are being treated outside but he still has not found my sister Chris. I tell him I have to take Willy outside and then go back up and get Greg’s Body. He tells me that a mobile is outside and ready. I head outside on the porch and start to walk towards the sidewalk when I see Sara on the grass with oxygen being administered and Jared sitting on the back of a fire truck being treated. Sara looks in my direction and calls out for Willy. I run over to the mobile vet truck and tell him to treat Willy like she was the president’s pet. I start to turn and run back to the house to get Greg and continue searching for survivors when………. I wake up

For weeks I have been trying to make sense on why I would have such a dream. Yes, it’s a fact that I miss the family each and every one of them. But why would I dream of a house I never been in before? And why such a horrible thing as an explosion and a fiery death to some? What I keep going back to is the major arcane of the tarot. The Tower. It represents drastic change and hardship. I could be way off base here. If anyone has some input on this please email me so I can put this all to rest.
Thank you.
