Welcome to my website devoted to the wonderful and exciting world of Nascar Winston Cup Racing and the up and coming legend, Kurt Busch!
Just a couple of notes:
1) I am NOT, I repeat, NOT a redneck.
2) I am NOT some crazed fan.
I was drawn to this sport during the 1999-2000 season, so I am fairly new to the craze. My husband has been a fan for several years now, and as a result of my wanting to spend more “quality” time with him, I found myself enjoying it as well! After watching a retirement celebration for former Nascar Champion Darrell Waltrip, and seeing how these men who seem so competitive on the track, bond together as brothers, I realized that this was a special and unique sport. From there on I have been hooked. At the beginning of the next season, I watched this rookie, Kurt Busch, driving around the track in a plain white car with Rousch Racing printed on the side having no apparent sponsor. Jack Rousch put Kurt out on the track because he was that good. He knew he had something, and now we all know that he was right. Kurt is a TRUE racing talent. In these pages you will find some trivia about Kurt and trivia about the sport itself. I will also include some pictures (yes, I’ve met him!) and some links to other informative Nascar websites. I hope you enjoy your visit. Please drop me a line and let me know what you think! Thanks! Enjoy your stay!
