RAYCARSA

Raycarsa is the 2nd leader from Lord Sanqu. When lord Sanqu wasn't able to get to earth right off he sent Raycarsa down with the Dark Fortress to attack earth until he could get there. Raycarsa's power comes from the star on his chest. Later, he goes against Lord Sanqu.
