He has sent his minions to Earth, Mirinoi, Aquitar, Triforia, K0-35, Eltare, and other countless and nameless planets. His minions overwhelm and kill most rangers, civilians, and any type of military/police force that a planet may have

On Earth anyone who was formally a Power Ranger (including the Time Force Rangers from the future [even Alex the black Time Force Ranger] come to help) was forced into battle once more in a pointless attempt to save their planet. Tommy, Andros, T.J., Zhane, Carter, Ryan, Alex, Jen, Wes, Eric, Cole, & Merrick are the only surviving Power Rangers before they are about to be killed they are teleported to safety.

On Mirinoi the Lost Galaxy Rangers are called back into action along with Mike & Karone who are in charge of the Terra Venture Special Forces. They desperately attempt to save Mirinoi, but Leo & Mike are the only ones left before they are about to be killed they are teleported to safety.

On Triforia the Gold Ranger is desperately battling the evil forces the best he can with the help of the Robot Rangers (now quintupled in numbers) are no match and Trey is about to be killed when he is teleported to safety.

On KO-35 the Black Turbo Ranger appears to protect it, even with the rebels help he is outmatched and outgunned. The Black Turbo Ranger is teleported to safety before he could be killed.

On Eltare the Masked Rider, Phantom Ranger, Blue Centurion are valiantly fighting the villains but they are outnumbered 3,000, 000, 000 to 1 each. Before they are about to be killed they are teleported to safety.

The rangers who were saved are in a mystical void known as the Nexus there they all are in mystical tubes to increase the healing process a thousand fold. When they are awaken from their healing tubes most of them are bewildered as to what happened on their planets.

The Black Turbo Ranger: I have known this day was coming for centuries it was foretold long ago, I just didn’t know how much of a threat HE would present to the universe. Centuries ago my predecessor, the Centurion Council, Ninjor, Auric, Zordon, Dimitria, Alpha 5 & 6 created the Dooms Day Powers. The Dooms Day Powers were created for 22 people but alas there is only 15 of you left, so we used the remaining 7 powers to boost 7 weapons to match the new powers, Saba, Spiral Saber, Super Silverizer, Magna Blaster, Gold Power Staff, Titanium Laser, & the Lunar Cue were all upgraded. Tommy since Saba is the strongest of all the Dooms Day weapons he can only be used by a very skilled person and since you have worked with him before you are to be his wielder. You have also been chosen as the leader of the Dooms Day Power Rangers.

The Black Turbo Ranger then tosses everyone their new morphers then he tosses the upgraded weapons to their wielders. Morph and begin your training because as of now even with your newer, stronger powers none of you are strong enough to combat the evil in the galaxy not even working as a perfect team.

The Black Turbo Ranger: That is enough for today go to the healing tubes you will need them because when you demorph you will collapse from extreme exhaustion.

The rangers did as the Black Turbo Ranger ordered where they rested for an hour. When they woke up they were introduced to the Dooms Day Zords and were told to learn everything could about theirs and the others so they could react quickly and effectively in battle.

With that finished the Black Turbo Ranger revealed to the others that while they were there time has no meaning and not one second has passed by since they left.

Auric, Ninjor, Alpha 5 & 6, Phantom Ranger, Blue Senturion then came out and congratulated the Dooms Day Rangers because to be chosen among all the possible candidates in the galaxy it is highest and most dangerous honor in the universe.

Phantom Ranger: Be careful never to have your identity revealed because if you still have any family left you will put them in the gravest of dangers. You may talk amongst yourselves now to find out of any relatives or friends you may have lost that you were not yet aware of.

The Rangers then began talking amongst themselves when Andros greatest fear was realized that his sister died in the attack on Mirinoi.
