GENERAL GRANT

General Grant helped earth when an Astroid tried to destory it. Later he helped in creating the colonies. He also became a dictator as things on earth began to get worse for earth.

OFFICER ANDERSON

Officer Anderson is second in command of the colony. He is more of a jerk an General Grant. And he thinks he knows everything.

BIO-GENETIC RESEARCHER RICHARD STALL

Richard Stall is the founder of the virtual world. He created the Cyber suits, to make Power Rangers Cyber Control. He is also a bio-genetic researcher. He is lives in the Cyber Command Center (CCC) and is kind of a mentor to the rangers.

DOCTOR LINESMEN

Doctor Linesmen is the general doctor of the colony. There are other doctors other places, but if they need help, she helps them out. She lives on colony B, which is the ground colonies.

RICK

Rick is Matt's friend. He works on colony C, which is the outerspace colonies. For fun Matt and Rick go out racing.

KARA

Kara works in plant area of the colony on earth along with Debbie and Ashley. They are best friends and they help each other out when needed.

STEVE

Steve is an engineer expert on colony A, which is the aqua colonies. His best friend is Eric. Their favorite thing to do is to go Surfing.

KAYLA

Kayla is a the operating manger. She is on colony C, the outerspace colonies. She puts up she Schedules up for the people on the colony and keeps them up to date on what's going on. She is also friends with Rick.

MELISSA

Melissa is Rebecca's best friend. Although she doesn't work, she helps with homeless children. Melissa and Rebecca are inseparable together.
