I have that new Sophie Ellis Bextor song stuck in my head - and the worst part??? it's a song not available for mp3 download till sometime in June ;_; anyway it's so good! ai yi ai yi ai yi ai yi get over you! XD I'm probably scaring you people now so i'll stop :P so anyway - May calls me last night outta the blue to catch up on things - she's fine-ish but I worry about her sometimes - she's enduring higher exams at the moment - but she's incredibly wise for her a 17 year old girl :) she always helps me with my problems - she's one hell of a best friend! ;) she has her Hospitality exam today, I think - so I wish her luck that she passes that and all her exams :D Wilma was in today at college - back from her one week absence. it was good to see her again :) our class use to have several people that kept the class going and glued together including James, but they've left and Wilma is kinda the last person holding us all together - so last week without her was so weird and too quiet. I actually did work in Children's Book Illustration - I saw a beautiful image of the Little Mermaid in an Art Nouveau style - I photocopied it and I decided to do a cover for the Little Mermaid :) it's progress... and tonight maybe I can get on longer on the iMac because my sister woke me up at 6am this morning to type up her english essay (AT 6 AM?!?!) ........ bitch........! and I can start on the new and improved layout - it has proper layered html! mwahaha! I need a domain ;_; gah! glycyne

[listening to :: Star Wars Main Title and Ambush On Coruscant(what else? :P] *off to see Star Wars today! - only 2 hours till I'm outta here! mwah!* and my new layout is up - just on a whim after watching all the trailers on Wednesday afternoon in digital photography - all I do is surf the net in that class - I can't remember the last time I did any actual work -_-;; I'm such a bad student :P so anyway I didn't get into my morning class till 9:45am - I was off down to mega Tesco to buy food to eat at the movie - well it is 2 hours 22 mins long! couldn't find sushi though :( what a pain! back to the layout - I'm worried Amidala's face is a bit to faint and the sand coloured background is a bit heavy so I could either tone it down with a background or an divider image between each blog post - I'll do that later! *continues humming the Star Wars theme*.... what's everyone staring at?! glycyne

............................................... jeudi, mai 16, 2002[listening to :: across the stars (love theme from star wars episode 2)]yesterday I made a conscious desision not to go to calligraphy class today when I was talking to Priya - she agreed with me it was a pretty dull class and we joked about how we'd only come in if there wasn't any good chat shows on tv XD my parents were out early this morning to go over to Edinburgh - so I had the house to myself :) I ended up watching one of my Gundam Wing dvds while I was on the computer finishing my star wars layout - it look's great! and I'm quite pleased with it ;) so hopefully that might be up tonight and I'll have to tweak it tomorrow at college for the scroll bar colours which only show on IE on pcs :) anyway I'm looking forward to tomorrow - me and Sam are hopefully off to see Star Wars in the afternoon - and like I feel so guilty for missing Jewelry class :P Star Wars: Episode 2 or 3 hours of flattening metal and getting 2nd degree burns from a blow torch? OH MY GOD! tough choice! :P glycyne

............................................... mardi, mai 14, 2002[listening to :: everything you ever dreamed - evangelion vox]You can sail the seven seas and find as befits my mood - i don't know why... so today I made the first Noir online test - so you can all find out if your Mireille, Kirika, Chole, or Altena - yeah I was surprised too at the lack of characters - but like the unfortunate ensigns on Star Trek the other characters of Noir end up being nice target practice for the main cast XD maybe I'll do some banners to showcase off people's results :) I feel like the world's against me - it's sucks - maybe just a period mood swing. but I've felt like this for weeks.... -_-;;;

............................................... lundi, mai 13, 2002long time no blog eh? - but then again my life is so interesting and I'm sure you'll all want to hear about my goings on and why am I looking at a discussion thread on imladris.net on why Legolas's eye colour is blue but Orlando Bloom's is brown (I like brown eyes :D ) but whatever...I have discovered a very interesting fact about Tokyo - Julie! your chances of getting a Japanese bishonen have just been upped! apparently in Tokyo there is 98.9 guys to every 100 girls XD compared to Scotland there's something like 5 girls to every guy and it's even worse in the US - 25 girls to every guy +_+;;;; so we've got to get out there and grab ourselves some bishonen! XD
