I must say that since this center for educational excellence has emerged...I've been intrigued; I have always wanted to receive my Pennsylvania Real Estate License. Well, until recently when I've learned that the examination process has recently changed in this local process from Sylvan to PSI...hmmm...why are we still using texts that conform to Sylvan standards-shouldn't the text books that students have purchased enable them to succeed??? Is my tuition not enough to avoid that this school has crammed me into a tiny room for two nights per week in a space that seats twenty people which should accommodate for at least thirty students or more...waiting there patiently for two months-picnic table and plastic chairs...only to learn that the curriculum that we needed was and is available in books suggested by PSI testing facilities once you have failed the exam the first time? Of course I mean the national real estate exam...The Pocono Real Estate Academy has prepared me for the PA state exam...yippie!!! Two months for thirty questions...then comes the national (eighty questions that-to say the least are much too simplistic within the standards of the Pocono Real Estate Academy literature as compared to what is delivered at a testing center for a national standards of licensing). I have to say, "on the record" that certain instructors have delivered quality work for "The Academy"-I certainly can not lay blame on those individuals delivering the product. I have passed both exams now and I have overcome the lack of preparation...feel free to leave your input-the good, the bad, and of course-the ugly...simply empty your thoughts into the guestbook below!!
