(16) On the contrary, this is what's said through the prophet Joel, (17) "And in the last days," God says, "I shall pour out some of my spirit upon every sort of flesh, and your sons and daughters will prophesy and your young men will have visions and your old men will dream dreams; (18) and even upon my men slaves and upon my women slaves I will pour out some of my spirit in those days and they shall prophesy. (19) And I will give portents in heaven above and signs on the Earth below, blood and fire and smoke mist; (20) the sun will be turned to darkness and the moon into blood before the great and illustrious day of Jehovah arrives. (21) And everyone who calls upon the name of Jehovah will be saved."
Allow me to back up and allow you, the reader, some insight into some things that have occured in my life to give you some insight as to my sources of information, and how unique they are.
I was basically raised a Jehovah's Witness, however, my education into God didn't start from there, nor did it finish. God has made himself manifest in my life since before I can remember, and has intervened in it, for reasons I still do not comprehend totally, on many, many occasions, including bringing me BACK FROM death twice.
About 7 years ago I was given a very complex Vision while sleeping in my bed that continued on even after I had awakened from it. The vision showed Me that it was from Jehovah because I had asked outloud in the vision if who I saw was Jehovah. immediately, I was shown a face looking right at me, with a hand pointing in my direction, with a command being given by that image I saw for the host's accompanying It to take ahold of me and save me from the destruction I was witnessing...which in my honest opinion was the event of the 2nd Comming of Christ, noteably marked as Armigeddon.
If indeed this is the case then that vision is telling me that I am worthy of salvation, and that perhaps the information within this vision needs to be shared to gain that salvation.What I just described was the ending of the Vision...but that vision took me back to when there was only one star amongst total darkness, and was orbited by a differing variety of planets...
Indeed, It took me back to what I truly believe to be the REAL creative time period that, in my honest opinion,the 7 creative days in the book of Genesis represent...Before the Event widely known as the "BIG BANG"!
I'm not going to cover too much more on the vision's contents at this time however, because there are some things that need further exponential ponderance upon to further the points this writing is trying to make. I will just leave this point here with the thought that mankind was created by Jehovah, Had Super Human abilities to manage a personal relationship with Him, as well as one additional point I have yet to hear ANYONE make concerning what is evident in man's disposition... and that is this:
OF ALL THE CREATURES GOD HAD MADE, MANKIND WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS ATTENDED TO BY GOD, AND HIM ALONE. MANKIND, NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ELSE IN HIS EXPERIENCES TO TEMPER HIS NIAVITY, DID NOT FULLY COMPREHEND THE POSITION HIS CREATION MERITED HIM, AS WELL AS DID NOT HAVE THE FEAR THAT EVERY OTHER CREATURE WITHIN CREATION HAD OF JEHOVAH. THIS BEING SAID, IT STRONGLY SUPPORTS THE SUGGESTION THAT MANKND WAS OF AN EQUAL CREATED POSTURE WITH THAT EVEN OF THE ALMIGHTY HIMSELF, THUS HIS LACK OF FEAR IN DISOBEYING GOD'S COMMAND TO NOT PARTAKE OF, AND I QUOTE.." THE FRUIT OF THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND BAD. "
What exactly is the description of this thing mankind could not partake of? Further ponderance upon it should merit the intelligent individual a very simple answer.
It is widely believed that the redemption we as mankind recieved in Christ's Sacrifice will ultimately return us to a state of what is known as " Beatific Vision ". What that is is direct and face-to-face vision of God. Quoting from the Catholic Encyclopeadia, " To be capable of the face to face or intuitive vision of God, the human intellect needs to be endowed with a special supernatural light, the lumen gloriae ", " The direct and face-to-face vision of God is our future destiny (I Cor., xiii, 12; I John, iii, 2). In this world we are not in name only but in very fact the sons of God (I John, iii, 1), being born anew (I John, iii, 7) and having the charity of God infused in our hearts by the Holy Ghost who is given to us (Rom., v, 5). The emphasis laid by the early Fathers on man's deification has been shown elsewhere (see ADOPTION)."
These points being said, it can be thus speculated that to see a vision of the True God's Face is not imossible for a mere mortal man, in this time of our existance. Indeed, the Catholic Encyclopaedia continues to say..." God may be willing to favour rational creatures with an immediate personal revelation, in which He aids the natural powers of reason by confirming what they already know, and by imparting to them much that they could not otherwise know, it will be seen at once that this suggestion contains no impossibility. All that is required to realize it is that God should be able to communicate directly with the created mind, and that men should be able to recognize with sufficient certainty that the communication is really Divine -- and that both of these conditions are capable of being fulfilled no Theist can logically deny (see REVELATION; MIRACLES). This being so lt will follow further that knowledge so obtained, being guaranteed by the authority of Him who is infinite Truth, is the most certain and reliable knowledge we can possess. "
I know through and through, that the face I saw, and the voice I heard in that Vision was Jehovah. There is no doubt in my mind. The voice alone reverbrated with such commanding tones, it was indeed unmistakeable as to who was the One speaking. It was that voice that shocked me into wide awake awareness from that Vision, as I was also immediately and dynamically grabbed by my shoulders and driven dynamically backwards from the scene I was beholding, the battle of Armaggedon. While I was awake, for approximately 30 seconds, I viewed the tunnel vision of that scene fade away as I was moving at incredibly fast speeds backwards, as well as pinned against the headboard of my bed and unable to push off from it. When the vision finally faded I slouched back onto my pillows and sitting in an already upright position, had to swollow to prevent myself from gagging on my tounge as well as release the constrictions my throat had gone into.
For what felt like 10 minutes I sat leaning on one arm in shock, feeling the pounding of my heart which finally made me realized I was in my bed and haveing a hard time breathing, so I sat up and on the edge of my bed, I gathered my composure, gained control of my breathing, and felt the tears that had been rolling down my cheeks, not in fear, as I later figured out, but I suppose my subconscious, which had already figured out things I to this day have yet to fathom, was crying with such soul-encompasing thanksgiving of what had been revealed. I then caught strength in my breathing and began to cry heavily, and uncontrollably
I still feel the power of that moment even now, and still keenly feel the power that inspired my life and it's understanding wisdom, one that I by myself could never have possibly achieved if left on my own to deal with the things I have had to endure since my birth until now, if it weren't for my Loving Heavenly Father's interests in me.
