Disclaimer

The primary focus of NZ Cop Crimes is towards a small portion of the law enforcement community - those who choose to disregard the laws they are charged with enforcing.  This page is in no way meant to disrespect the hard-working, law abiding police officers who faithfully serve their community and do, everyday, the crucial public safety tasks essential to our daily lives.

The "blue wall of silence," however, tends to show the "good" cops supporting the "bad" cops so as not to betray their brethren.  Still, the NZ Cop Crimes homepage is not intended to "bash" cops - but rather to expose the dirty ones, each and every one who think they're above the law.

We the authors of the NZ Cop Crimes homepage, hereinafter referred to as NZ Cop Crimes, do personally believe all Police, Law Enforcement Agencies, and communities should adopt public policy empowering an independent citizens' review committee to individually review and act upon all reports and allegations of police misconduct and the misconduct of all public officials.  All information contained on The Cop Crimes Homepage, its webpages, and links, is published and made available primarily to affect and effect public policy.

It is not the intent of NZ Cop Crimes to misrepresent any information, and corrections to published text is welcomed.

All persons mentioned on NZ Cop Crimes, its webpages, and links, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Any reference to a complaint or alleged crime committed by any person mentioned on NZ Cop Crimes, its webpages, and links, is stated solely as an allegation believed to be true, in an honest, good faith effort to influence public policy.

All information contained within NZ Cop Crimes, its webpages, and links, are published onto the Internet, and made available on the world wide web (www), under the provision that all information contained therein is based upon personal opinion and belief, with the intent to affect public policy through the sharing of truthful events.
