Screw
it, screw frames. I can't
do them. So I found an
open source site a friend
suggested on IRC. The
site has a bunch of, duh,
open-source HTML Indexes,
and I chose one. As you
can see at the bottom,
it was made by whompy.
All I did was changed
the color scheming, cut
a few things and voila,
you have the "new"
layout.
