I go to Newport Harbor High School.

Right now, I'm taking Algebra II, Computer Technologies, Spanish II, Honors English, P.E. (which I really hate because I also play a sport that doesn't get P.E. credit) and Chemistry.

My least favorite subject is Algebra II, and my favorite is probably Honors English.

At school, I'm a part of the Star Wars club, the Varsity hockey team and not much else.

Here is a picture of what really makes the school very unique. It has a big bell tower with a clock on it. The bell goes off every hour, however if you're a student at Newport Harbor, you rarely notice it.

I can't get the link to work in order for you to see a power point presentation on my life, so I'll explain the project in detail. The project in my Communications and Technology class was to create a power point presentation on my life. You had to have 10 slides, music, and it had to be on auto timer. In other words, you can't be sitting back at the main computer and clicking the mouse to move the presentation along. I did slides on me as a baby, my hobbies (Hockey, Drumming, Music, and Star Wars), my family and my guinea pig, and what I see myself doing in the future. The music I selected for the presentation was Quicksand and Drag You Down by Finger Eleven

I also did a movie in this class about some aspect of World War II. I chose to do Blitzkrieg. Sadly, the link doesn't work. (A shock I know) The project called for internet art, music, and a captured video clip from a movie. My movie about Blitzkrieg featured the music of Tool, Planet X, and John Williams, and I got the captured video from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. I didn't have any movies about World War II, and more specifically about Blitzkrieg, so I chose to show how Blitzkrieg might be used in the future. The last part of the project was to burn it onto a CD. So luckily, if you want to see the movie and you live near me, I can take the CD over and show you what I did.

I'm really not having any luck in uploading any of the things I've done this year in this class onto the web, so here comes another description of a project. Our other big project in this class was to create a spread sheet in Excel and research the history of 5 stocks over the last 6 months or so. The stocks I chose were Disney, Sony, Wendys, Yahoo, and Intel. We had to create graphs to mark the progress of the stock, and fill out a whole spread sheet of how the stocks did financially. In the end, I think I was a little over even, like a few cents, so remind me not to manage my stocks by myself in the future.
