Team Leadership Project - Skyhook

A stealth fighter has crashed in a valley in the jungle and your SEAL team has been sent in to recover classified parts of the plane. Upon approaching the valley, the SEAL team commander was bitten by a snake, and therefore must remain at the top of the cliff. When the rest of the team reaches the bottom of the valley, a dense fog sets in, allowing only the SEAL team commander to be able to see the parts of the stealth plane. The team must recover the four pieces of the stealth plane, put them in a bucket, and pull the bucket up using a rope and hook to the waiting SEAL team commander before the enemy arrives in 15 minutes. Only the SEAL Team commander may talk, and he may only give drill commands to make other members of the team move.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

1. 4 random objects
2. rope with hook attached to a pulley
3. bucket
4. blindfolds
5. elevated position for the SEAL team commander

• Don't let the team see the area first.
• Throw hazards or other obstacles for the "SEAL team" to manuever around.
• Look for creativity and teamwork.
