Team Leadership Project - Biplane

A team is presented with an assembled Lego plane. Each team member may only view the assembled for 1 minute each, one at a time. The team is then presented with the same type of plane, only in pieces, and must then reassemble the second model to look exactly like the first completed unit. Teams may use whatever is at their disposal to remember what the object looked like, but may not talk at any time.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

1. Two of the exact same Lego planes (or any kind of vehicle), one constructed and one in pieces.

• Look for teamwork, and one person silently directing the group, if one has not been assigned.
