• Brandywine Hundred is in Northern New Castle County
• I'm 12 Miles North of the city of Wilmington...
• I'm about 5 blocks west of route 13 (Philadelphia Pike)
• I live alone in a house with seven rooms... My yard is 120 feet by 38 feet... It takes one hour to mow the grass...
• I am listed in the two telephone directories for Wilmington, Delaware...
