What Part of Unconditional Love
Don’t You Understand?

There once was a man who was dieing of thirst. That was when he came upon a water pitcher. As he stood there he saw a man walk up to the picture and fill a glass with water. Then came a woman with 2 small children and she too filled up her glass with water from the picture along with each of her children’s glasses. Next an older couple walked up to the pitcher and they too poured water out of the picture into their glasses. For as many people approached the pitcher and poured water out of it there was that much more water added to the picture. There was a never ending supply of clear clean drinking water and all a person had to do was to fill up his or her glass.

That is God’s unconditional Love. From the beginning God created us out of his love for us as he formed us from the dust of the earth in his own image. No matter how many people take his love there is always plenty left for someone else to take. Whether a person wants to admit it exists or not it is always there waiting for them.

For God so loved us that he sent Yeshua Ha’Mashiach to die in our place so that whomsoever will believe in him will not perish but have eternal life. When the Lord Yeshua put himself up on that cross he did it out of his love for each of us. He asked for nothing in return just that we freely accept the gift he has given to us.

You have heard it said that you must first do this or that before you are good enough for God’s love. Well to be totally honest the Lord accepts you just as you are right now. No you don’t have to repent or ask God to forgive you before you are entitled to receive God’s Love or the blood sacrifice of Yeshua Ha’Mashiach. They are there for you whether you want to repent or not. There is nothing anyone can do to earn their salvation it is a free gift from our Loving Father God. We are already forgiven our transgressions as we have forgiven the transgressions of other. If we are unable to forgiven others then we are unable to receive God’s forgiveness.

Our own unforgiveness blocks both God’s love and his forgiveness. It is always there for us only because we are filled with unforgiveness we are unable to accept the forgiveness God has already given us. Once we are able to let loose of our unforgiveness and are able to freely forgive others their transgressions against us are we than able to accept the forgiveness God as already given us.

Don’t be like the man who when he sees everyone else drinking from the water pitcher says to himself, “I am unworthy to drink the water from the pitcher.” and walks away still thirsty.

God made you worthy to receive his Love and his forgiveness from before he formed the earth and set the stars in the heavens.

Yeshua said, “As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue in my love. If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. This is my commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

Neither Our Heavenly Father nor has Yeshua ever withheld their Love from us. We have always had the choice to either accept it or reject it. There is absolutely no way you can earn their love nor is there any way you can steal it because it already belongs to you. It is a free gift from your loving father.
