It's 2:08 on a Monday afternoon. I had a grand old time at the orthodontist. Alas, I don't feel so bad because I found out that Sam Ueda has to get braces and have them on for about two years. Poor lad. Anyhow, today was a memorable day in my life. I cooked my first ever chocolate cake. I have to say that it doesn't even look the least bit deplorable, so I'm very proud of myself considering the havoc I could have made possible. Well, I've got to be going now. I'm reading a book called Insomnia by Stephen King and I've already renewed it twice. I need to get reading it now... the people at the library will start to loathe my soul if I don't return it soon. More later. Tata!

The book, Insomnia, by Stephen King, is perhaps one of the oddest books I've ever read. As far as I've gotten in the story, the main character, Ralph's wife dies. He is an old man and he keeps developing a larger and larger case of insomnia. He encounters some odd meetings with his friends, like one named Ed. Ed was one of his old friends. He seems to have gone crazy. He beat his wife, Helen, and she is now staying in a healthcare facility. Ralph keeps seeing auras (or colors) around everything. Sometimes he even knows what people are doing that he can't even see. He can also read people's thoughts. He's struggling within himself and arguing back and forth whether or not he is crazy. To top that all off he keeps having dreams about his wife which are really starting to freak him out. Need I say more? Go get the book and find out what happens next! ;)

Oh man, two days ago I made a golden white cake and I forgot to put water in it. It was already in the pan, so I had to pour it out add water and then re-mix it. I had to re-butter the pan as well. After that I forgot to put the timer on to know when to take the cake out. I got two small peices of the cake I made that took about an hour to prepare(without cooking time).
