Schools
nowadays are turning to standardized dress by the hundreds. It
gives the administrators control over the clothing kids can wear
while in school, and minimizes "crime". Unfortunately,
it also limits individuality and creativity of the students. They
aren't allowed to express themselves through their looks.
Or can they?
I go to a school that has
standardized dress, and I hate it. Though I've vocally been
against it since the first day, I've found ways around it.
This site is to provide
you, the prisoner of standardized dress, a way to express
yourself and get around the rules. It will eventually provide
photos of the examples we've seen/come up with. In addition, we'll
have a section on cheap fashion that borders on the Vogue-caliber.
We mean cheap as in $15 suede pants and $4 blouses. And we're
serious, too.
Updates: I've
added a button for my partner's side (though it's only temporary since
she thinks that RED would be a great color for her buttons....please
tell her NO. So I made her a yellow one. I'd like blue....) And I've
added a site to apply to be a model for us.
