Alternative Healing The importance of water
Hello and welcome to the Healing Meadow blog. Here we will discuss alternative medicine and ways to improve health naturally.
The first topic will be discussing how water benefits the body and how important it is to drink eight glasses day.
I tend to be a person who never seems to get in those eight glasses a day. Therefor it can have a huge impact on how I feel and what is happening in my body. Water helps the body purge out toxins and keeps the digestive track moving. It also helps improve skin surfaces and overall hydration.
Most of us walk around in a dehydrated state everyday. This sets our bodies up to be more susceptable to illness and to become toxic.
I notice a great differance in how I feel, and how my skin looks after just one week of drinking 8 glasses a day.
Please feel free to comment on this topic and post a message. Let me know if you feel different after drinking eight glasses a day. How long it takes to notice a difference. Etc.
