The senate makes up of all individuals of SpOps, these members control all rulings & command justifications of SpOps & *hCs5*. No person/justification can instruct the units/clan without approval without senate voting email tallies. Until these rulings are applied the senate will stand & the affect will not take action. Do to the overwhelming mistakes of the past *hcs5*, we are trying to correct/ improve proper instruction and ruling by fair senate approvals. The clan XO, CO, and etc. rankings have only authority to personnel in circumstances of battlefield relations. These commands do not & will not affect your personal status in SpOps, nor *hcs5*, without the senate approval. No person will recruit & promote rank without senate approval. These codes are the starting grounds of the code for *hcs5*/ SpOps due to the founders overwriting of clan ethics. All rules that have been applied are void and destroyed. All rankings as of 3/28/04 stand & all senate members are elected for position. Anyone who has become a member of SpOps must and willing obeys by the code. Breach of code to hcs5 will encounter a senate vote of the current circumstances that apply to situations. We all here will approve & accept these rulings by value, heart, honor & the *hcs5* way.
