The FBLA is a local, state, and national organization for all students on the secondary level. The FBLA helps students develop leadership abilities and to prepare for entry within a business occupation. Members learn how to engage in business enterprises; how to work with various age groups; and to help prepare students to be better employees. Phi Beta Lambda is the national collegiate program for the FBLA.
