General things
to do to get your First Promotion!
1: You need
to make
a BIO!
How to do it: First log into DJO Site... in case you've
forgotten you link (www.darkjedi.org/club/TFA/)... Once you are logged
in there...Look around at the top of the page. There should be 4 boxes.
These Boxes are important for your time in Dark Jedi.org. :) Lets start
by click on the first box to the left.... This is a fast link to you
DJO BIO. Notice there's nothing there? That's because you have to make
you bio....Lets do that now.... Click on the Second box to the
left...This is where you edit you profiles...Click on "My TFA
Profile"... Good once you are there fill out the information,
Please note that the info in Section 1. Battle Stats, ID, Email
Address, ICQ Number and time zone.... If your in my Squad Time zone
should be right :) Once you save Section 1 info...its going to
log you out, you will have to log back in. Once you get log back in go
to that Page once more and fill out section two stuff, (PLZ note all of
section 2 is optional....only fill out what you feel comfortable.)...
Save section 2....CONGRAULTAIONS!! YOU NOW HAVE A BIO!!! Please
note if u have any problem with the stuff in section 1 let me know...or
read the "getting BSC id and ICQ" near the bottom :)
2: POST ON
GAMMA COMLINK!!!
How to do it: This is
probably one of the more Easy things to do :)... Make sure you are
logged into DJO. Then make sure you are on the Main TFA area...the
click on Comlinks (on the left)... Now you should see a list...Should
look something like
TFA (XvT, XWA, Freelancer) 2004/06/14 01:50 pm 7
new 621 Total 115
Threads
Alpha
Squadron

and Ect....Scroll down Intel you see...

This is where you
will need to post...Click on it. Once you are there you should see
Posts.. to make a new post, click Post a New Message.... Good.
now post something simple Like. "*S* hey people how's it going?" or
something of the sort :)...MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS *S* WHEN STARTING A NEW
MESSAGE!!.... Now I have a few rules for Come Links :)...

3: Sign up for the
hangar!
How to do it: This is also very easy. Just
go to to this link :) http://hangar.inquestx.org/clubs/TFA/
and click on Register, once you have registered up your done :) now
just watch your money grow (Not real money ill explain in more Detail
later)

Shooting Section: (Where BSC and ICQ comes in)
1: Signing up for Battle
Stats!
How to do it: Battle
stats is VERY important, it records all of your Xwing Vs Tie fighter,
Xwing alliance, and Freelancer war activity! Go here
www.battlestats.com
. Now if you haven't signed up, Sign up now :)... There should be a
link on the top. If you have Signed up LOG in now :). Once logged in.
you will see (or should see) 4 box's (like the ones in DJO) ...if you
don't PLS go to Site main, on the left. or click here. http://www.battlestats.com/site/
the should be stacked like a Block, however if they aren't click on the
one that looks like a Hammer and Wrench Now
scroll down and click on NEW CLUB... Now you should see
two boxes. Name/ID: And
/Or Initials: You can use ether of
these methods or both... I suggest both to make it quicker. For Name/ID
PLS put one (1). For Initials put "TFA" ... good now
you should see a check box :) ...if its by the club that's Tie Fighter
alliance, check it. Now fill out your name for TFA, and Rank (Pilot)
and add the comment (TFA Wing 3: Rho Squad) ...under that it should
say "Did u choose a Club and Fill out the info??" Click
"yes" Now just wait...TFA HC (High Command) will accept you and you can
fly in Wars....Make
sure to add your bsc number
you your bio!!!!!!
2: Getting
ICQ!!
How to do it: This is
relatively easy... Just go to www.ICQ.com
and DL the latest Version....once you are done with that install it and
sign up a new user.... It will give you a set of numbers.... Remember
those numbers, because you'll need that on your BIO. My ICQ number is
150902994.... that's the easiest way to get me ... that and Email...

TFA is a place to
have fun. We do not
tolerate bad mouthing and anything of the sorta We are your SL and XO.
We are here to
help you. If you have a problem with another Member of the squad tell
us....and We will help fix it :)
Reporting is an obligation that
ALL DJO members have...you must report every Wed by 12 o`clock

Please note that due to some
recent inactivity, if you do not report 3 weeks in a row, you will be penalized....If u
