Temperament: Aggressive, keep only with other piranhas. They will eventually eat anything else.

Perferred Water Conditions: Temp: 74-80*F pH: 5.5-7.5 Strong filtration should be provided.
Care: Live food preferred. Will take cichlid pellets if it is done routinely. Don’t feed untill two or three days after a large meal of live food is fed, as they would not catch a large meal everyday in the wild. Best kept in schools of 4 or more.
