Temperament:In groups they will pick on the weakest one, but dont bother other fish.

Average Size:6 inches

Gender: Males and Females are hard to tell apart.

Perferred Water Conditions: Temp around 85, and ph around 6.0-6.5 would be the best for a discus, however ive found that discus can live in ph up to 7.5 if accumilated correctly.

Care: Kind of hard, discus are very sensitive to the water chemistry, and need around 4 water changes a week. Also best to be kept in groups of 6 or more. Also keep a lid on the tank as they will jump if frightened.
