First, I want to say that I do believe in full equal rights for women. I also feel that women have a 50% say so in all that occurs in the world since it effects them. I think our women are beautiful and I care for them with all my heart. It is for this reason that I'm putting these feelings and beliefs down on paper for all to see.
It pains my soul to see women working in prisons. Especially in Amerikkkan prisons. Of course, many women who work in prisons for incarcerated men may disagree with me, and unless they could prove me wrong, I will continue to believe this kind of work degrades them.
Mind you, I've met many decent and caring women who work in prisons. Others have been snotty, mean and compulsively out of control due to the authority they hold over the lives of captive men, and some are just plain ____ teasers. In all cases, however, they become the center of attention as a result of their gender. The victims of mental assault!
Prisons are a place where all emotions are stripped down to its basic compound. It becomes raw and uncut. Anger, love, and hate are multiplied by ten in prison. So is lust. Let's look at it this way. Free people take for granted the hugs and kisses, the simple hello's they get daily. In prison, even a kind-heart felt word is very rare. It is no surprise then that when some prisoners are shown a little kindness from a woman, a kind hello, it can set the mind into uncontrollable rides of fantasy causing them at times to think she is physically attracted to them, when in reality, she may just be acting cordial.
This happens because there's little love, no sex, and a lot of pent-up emotions in prisons. The despair and frustration worsens as our prison population increases. We now have "over" two million men, women and children in Amerika's prisons. The department of Corrections has become the #2 employer in Amerika. Programs for higher learning and trades have been eradicated. The average sentence given out to alleged felons has increased to twenty years and life. There are no conjugal visits for most. Especially in the federal system where men are sent to other states (exile) to do their abnormally long sentence for nonviolent offenses. Free phone calls have been cut. Now you must pay for a call that will only last a few minutes and cost a small fortune. Even Playboy magazines have been outlawed. Loneliness is our constant companion.
Will that just being the tip of the iceberg, can anyone in their right mind disagree that the misery level is high? And that all the emotions are at their peak?
Would you deny the fact that coming into our walls, our sub cultured environment, that you will actually "feel" all the emotions in the air? Vibes? I'm looking at all this from the inside out. I look at this objectively. If you work here, then you have material interest and thus, you can only see it subjectively and will in most cases justify where you stand, unless you are of an honest character.
Here's a look through my eyes. As I sat in the prison library writing an essay called "Who are our Political Prisoners" a very attractive woman walked in. She was a substitute for the day and had to work in the library. In seconds, I could feel the change of atmosphere. It grew very quiet. You could hear whispers, hearts beating rapidly, snickers and sly remarks, and I could even "feel" each man's thoughts.
I admit that I felt bad for that lady. Men began to creep over to corners where they could not be seen. (Not all of course, but 3 are too much). They started to touch themselves while spying on this lady, who I must add was dressed revealingly. There were about 50 men there. I put my pen down, for I couldn't concentrate. In fact, I was quite intrigued by the sudden psychological change of behavior in the prisoners around me due to a female presence. I would safely say that out of 50 men, about 40 could not concentrate on their legal work. 30 of them were probably undressing her with their eyes and minds. Doing to her, probably, the most freakish things in their minds. 20 were probably saying or "thinking" negative thoughts about her. 10 were probably feeling bad for her, even if she did not feel bad for herself and saw no reason for it. And less then 5 were probably in a hidden corner masturbating.
I must selfishly add here that the fact that the lady was a woman of color broke my heart. I'm so defensive about women. Add to the fact that I'm even more defensive about my nationality and my roots. So to see her sitting there acting like nothing was going on was a blow to her and a blow to me as a nationalist and socialist. I felt like punching one prisoner in the mouth who said "I'd like to f*#= the s@%& out of that bi$@!. She just needs to wake up and you do too!". I got up and walked off to another table.
A capitalist society uses its workers. It degrades them in the name of profit, holding their survival rights as a carrot stick that forces and leads "the People" to take jobs that have adverse effects on themselves and society as a whole. These women have to work to support their families, so they have to put themselves through such a mental barrage as the one I was witnessing. Some don't care, some do. Some don't notice, some like the attention and most will justify it… "Oh, I have a family to support…" And I agree, they have a family to support; bills to pay; and a life to live. But no matter their thoughts, the reality does not change. Any of you with access, go find out how many of these men get misbehavior reports and get locked up for writing love notes to female guards, for pulling out their penis', for masturbating in her sight and for saying nasty things to her or for simply "eyeballing" The numbers are astronomical, and you'll put up with this for money? Would men allow their wives to work in prisons (if they had a choice) knowing the kind of mental assault they'd put up with? Apparently, some do.
There are better jobs out there. More fulfilling and helpful. Jobs that could "help the People" not "oppress the People". Many don't realize they are making money off human misery. Putting their kids through school paying bills through human misery. And misery is another form of poison. Misery spreads like a disease. Let's examine this from another angle.
The "vibes" in that room was so strong and thick that you could cut it with a knife. Vibes, the power of thought, is a real tangible thing. Like electricity, air and certain gases, it can't be seen, but it can be felt and it can affect us. Good thoughts, for example, directed at pregnant women, would have a positive affect on the child. Negative thoughts will affect the child adversely. The child can already hear you and "feel" you even while in the womb. The feelings, sounds, and vibes are increased under water where the child happens to be in. Their minds are tiny computers registering and storing all this information, "good and bad". And if a woman can "feel" the vibes, what makes you think the child can't? Aren't they connected? If you talk to your unborn child with lots of love, s/he will recognize that loving voice when born because s/he "felt" you, heard you!
Ironically, I was seeing a program in which a man bent a spoon with the power of this mind/thought. (Telekinesis) In this room there were 50 minds. Imagine the raw power of at least 30 of them who were thinking the same raw and uncut thoughts, strengthen by their basic visceral desires, heightened by extreme loneliness and pure lust! As I watched the lady leave, like the spoon I saw, she left "bent" out of shape, because she was upset. She felt the vibes (for sure). No doubt, she'll force herself to get over it and endure some more of it. Poor girl! To see this broke my heart. In a socialist society, where education, housing, health care and food are basically free, women would not have to take jobs that will degrade them. They can focus their maternal energies in making this world a better place for their children.
My women, I love you all and wish you the best. I am not knocking you for your line of work. Go for yours. Just realize that life can be easier for all if we strive for a social change. One that strives for positive change. Prisons in Amerika are not one which strives for positive change. Nor is it conducive to rehabilitation. Not only is rehabilitation in our prisons not encouraged, it is not wanted, and in a society where we have made this ugly human eating monster grow frightening huge, a monster-machine that is stealing and destroying lives by the millions, why should we want our women, producers of life, to work there? Theirs should be a more fruitful line of work that encourages growth and reflect a positive environment. This is one such reality of having to work under a capitalist system.
