And/or was the motivation of FDR and/or LBJ to get votes from to-become-provided-for and provided-for voters who would vote for and again vote for them to insure that they, their political party members, and policies stayed in political and governmental power and authority?
The Federal Reserve establishment and disallowance of gold exchange regulation affecting United State commerce was also a conspicuous intent of FDR for the sake of Jews-demanded disestablishment and defunding against Nazi political groups in America plus not merely monitorinig but preventing overseas funding by American-based conspirators and subversives to either or both Japan's imperialist kamakazes and Hitler's antisemites.
Whatever the intentions, only the elderly in general were to be provided for by socialized pensions and medicare - not the youth and middle-aged who were more or less required to donate by involuntary taxation to the government (for the wellbeing of the aged) by FICA and Medicare deductions out of their employment paychecks.
Now we have the prospects of abortions-funding, you-are-fined-if-you-do-not-get-it, so-called "Obamacare" (so-called because a lot of democrats and others are trying to come up with a plan to suit Obama's national and all-ages-included health-insurance and health-care intentions) no longer fundable by the presently-10%-unemployed or underemployed....exacerbated by pork-barrel-projects depletion against the Social Security Trust Fund.....which seems headed in the same government-mandated-and-required direction as the already-accomplished and already-imposed programs of both government-run Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid.
The elderly now receiving monthly life-sustaining Social Security checks and bankruptcy-avoiding Medicare compensations came into these program midway in their careers and themselves paid much smaller deductions during those careers but are now receiving much larger cost-of-living-increased monies than they ever put in. That is, of course, not a problem if the non-selfish enlightened young and middle-aged employees revere the aged for being aged and doing the Bible-accomodating behaviors resulting in them becoming aged.
As with government takeover by federal bailout for two of the Big Three car manufacturers in America (i.e. GM and Chrysler)......"takeover" in the sense of government agencies and federal enforcers incepting and asserting vastly-increased corporate human and financial resources regulations of said companies.....the White House under Obama is attempting to take over HMOs, private health insurers (like U-Care and Blue Cross) along with the hospitals and medical workers affiliated with them to lower insurance rates for the already insured, expand eligibility for noninsured to become insured concerning pre-existing conditions, compete against private-insurance-company monopolies by offering government-option health insurance.....and to get the votes from provided-for voters when re-election time comes around.
The intention goes beyond a simple overhaul of already-available Medicare and Medicaid, which understandable overhaul would obviously include insuring and medically caring for not merely the elderly but all age groups....but also impartially investigate and cut out discovered exorbitant overcharges and fraud perpetuated by some involved in claiming treatment needs and receiving questionably-appropriate payments from Medicare and Medicaid.
Price controls have never been popular, nor the imposition of narrow-minded one-size-fits-all government bureaucrats who stifle and suppress invention and innovation and capitalistic competition, while demanding federal intervention for heartlessly-tyrannical political and governmental domination against the general populace. If one presumes government bureaucrats are efficient and user friendly, try calling the 800 number for assistance from the US Postal Service and experience the impersonal-recorded-responses frustration. It might be worse than the robotically-synthesized female voice one hears asking the caller to: "Now, tell me what your problem is," with all the recordable voiceprint ramifications, courtesy of snoopy Big Brother logging it all in (for Revelation-13-explained utilization?), when phoning certain cellphone companies for help.
Government-option insurance would be a serious tax-funded competitor against private insurance companies and the hospital staff affiliated with them. Which taxpayers would pay for such irreversible/non-repealable prepay-for-years-with-no-assurance-of-eventually-benefitting-by "Obamacare" is the question.
Congresspersons already have a separate and well-padded health insurance and healthcare separate from the common folk. Those who vote for and/or support anti-Scriptural causes should be the ones to pay and be forced to share, while those who do not vote for nor support anti-Scriptural causes should be exempted. A similar scenario would be appropriate for private health insurers, already-insured, and not-insured who either do or do not vote for, lobby for, donate to, and support payments designated for committing and not performing abortion homicide, for promoting feminist-sexist causes, for supporting homogays and homosodomites and related diseases, evolutionists, prostitutes and their pimps, anti-Israel antisemities, etc.
In doing so, the lowest cost of health insurance plus promptly available and high quality of health care would be maintained so that the desperate would not have to flee to Canada or Europe for health-related prevention and treatment. Also, fines would not need to be levied against the deserving and worthy to be wasted on those not deserving healthcare because of anti-Biblical aberrations in social-issue viewpoints. In other words, discretion and discrimination should consistently and completely be done pertaining to individuals who are willingly concordant with moral admonitions of Scripture in stark contrast to individuals not at all in voluntary agreement with moral admoninitions of the Bible. Such differentiation would be universal across the board regardless of race, gender, religious denomination, income, ethnicity, and involuntary handicap.
It would be legally constitutional according to those who rightly interpret (but not re-word) the First Amendment as:
Congress shall not establish anti-Christian religion, nor prohibit the free exercise of genuine Biblical Christianity.
Obama and his ilk might not be able to convince enough of an agreeable majority to submit to any abortion-homicides-and-AIDS-funding healthcare plans his cronies concoct, simply because of the rather deviant and suspiciously-compromising natures of Obama himself, his cabinet appointees, his congressional democrat-party henchpersons, his network media indoctrinators and publicists, his myriad radical-activist racist and sexist and homogay campaigners who have belligerantly imposed their uncivil civil/equal/human-rites mission to brainwash rebel voters to flaunt Obama-Biden and OBAMA 08 bumper stickers, lawn signs, and proselitize and propagandize with Air America's Eddy-&-Thommy-hosted call-ins for Obama's ascendency to national quasi-dictatorship.
Now, this webauthor is not out on a crusade to slander Barack and pooh-pooh his endeavors - whatever motivations he might or might not have. Moreover, I do not know the full plethoria of intentions the anti-GOP diatribes on MSNBC have, nor of the moderately-pro-Obama hardheads on CNN, nor of the Obama-negative talking heads on FOX.
But what definitely is known are the past criminal friends of Obama, his childhood and perhaps ongoing training in anti-Christianity islam, his dipsy Hispanic-woman-better-than-white-male immentality Sotomayor Supreme-Court selection, and his choice of paranoid-overreactive and feminist-sexist pro-abortion-choice-record cabinet members like Napolitano and Sebelius and Hillary Clinton. Some of the men he has chosen are no friends to fundamentalist orthodox Christianity, either. Obama's own pro-abortion-choice-option executive proclamations clearly reveal the sinful deficiency of the man, as are his pro-homosexual-union-option declarations -- something let-it-be sexually-harassive-Condi-Rice-choosing George W. Bush never did. His above-my-pay-grade statement when with Rick Warren when debating McCain about the obscurity of the Romans chapter 1 condemnation against homosexuality was quite telling.
What the final outcome will eventually be can in part be summed up by the following Scripture verses:

Rev 16:2 So the first angel went and poured his bowl on the earth, and foul and evil sores came upon the men who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
A final bonus:
An old pseudo-"christian" cult has been repackaged as a series of cable-TV programs with the new name: Tomorrow's World, in which the preacher, headquartered in Charlotte NC, gently blatters out heretically-accursed escatology concerning final judgment, Sheol and Hades and Hell, afterlife punishment, and the spirit/soul nature of humanity.
Specifically, the Tomorrow's World cultist believes that the souls of sinners die in the sense of becoming non-existent, that a loving God would never burn sinners in hellfire forever (as if his "loving God" would eternally prohibit all residents of Heaven who occasionally would like to sin from never sinning), and that hell is merely the grave or a burning garbage pit somewhere near Jerusalem. A few Scripture verses can quickly and decisively obliterate many of his damnable deviations, and correct his abhorrent and disgusting presumptive mis-declarations:
