my name is Brian. I'm *19*[just turned] and live in Tacoma [somewhat near Seattle], Washington, USA. I live with my soulmate and fiancée, Michelle. She's attending University of Puget Sound [UPS] and soon I'll be attending Tacoma Community College[TCC], and after that The Evergreen State College, and after that Humboldt State University, and possibly UW for it's Ethnomusicology Department.

***My interests are music, politics, social equality, animal rights/vegetarianism/veganism, environmental conservation, spirituality, etc.

There are so many wonderful causes in the world which I feel a part of. There are not enough so united, though! I feel that a very important step that could be taken to unite all political/spiritual causes, and therefore have a much greater desired effect, is for all the causes to embrace one common ideal: vegetarianism. it's a simple lifestyle change that everyone could make, and right there make the world so much better a place. a huge problem of the world would be taken care of, without there having to be much of a struggle, without even much of a cause. then everyone would be united! we all know two heads are better than one. UNITE AND FIGHT! uniting is the best way of getting things done, as was shown in the 60s and 70s. Today we often lack the power that we had in the 60s and 70s, because we're under more government and media control, and because we're not united like we were then! so if we all unite with a simple lifestyle change, we will be more like-minded, more compatible with each other, and more able to "fight the good fight!"
after all, this is part of my mission here. one of the ways I can accomplish it. Bring it all back together! unite and fight!
please... at least consider thinking about considering going vegetarian. what harm does it do to read some of the facts? if you want some serious soul searching, something that will change your life around, something that will make you re-examine your life and your conscience... just look at some information. I am a student of Tabla, East Indian drums, and am in a world music project with my Tabla teacher. Please check out Ustad Zakir Hussain, Tabla maestro. Download mp3s. My fiancé/girlfriend Michelle plays clarinet. I play shakers and percussion and some keyboard. The project's name is Spiral Axis and we are on Transmuting Records. I also play guitar and some other drums and percussion instruments [outside of the project]
