Some more info on the tv shows I like.

Dragonball Z is a japanimation about a group of fighters with Goku as the main hero. A lot of martial arts are used with fantastic energy attacks that are not realistic, but entertaining. The Dragonballs are 7 magic balls that when gathered will summon the eternal dragon to grant a wish. The Dragonball series is actually broken up into 3 parts- Dragonball- Goku as a child. Dragonball Z- Goku as a young man. Dragonball GT- At the start Goku gets wished back into childhood.

Brimstone is about a detective that gets sent to hel* for killing the man that raped his wife. The devil makes a deal with him to send him back to earth. All he has to do is send some of the most evil beings that just escaped from hel* back to hel*. The only way this can be done though is by destroying their eyes(the windows to the soul). All throughout the series the hero and the devil have conversations that are usually very amusing. Their are several fan fiction sites around that I read that were real good, just do a keyword search on Brimstone. Brimstone unfortunately does not air anymore on TV here.

Normally I do not like the cop type shows, but I changed my mind for The Shield. The Shield is about Detective Vic Mackey and all the interworkings of a police station. Vic leads a strike team normally dealing with drugs, prostitution, etc. The show is quite hardcore and has quite a few twists in the storylines.

My Favorite Poem

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life, there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed you most, you would leave me." The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints in the sand, it was then that I carried you." Author Unknown

SOME OF MY FAVORITE SONG LYRICS

FADED by Soul Decision

When I get you all alone I'm gonna move in nice and close Ain't nobody gonna interrupt my game, oh no Ever since you've been hangin' around I've been trying to figure out What I'm gonna say to you to get something, yeah Couldn't we do what we did last night Couldn't baby you and I be better friends Don't you think it's time we went a bit further, oh yeah Every night when we say goodbye how can I help looking in your eyes Wondering why that you and I haven't hit it Can we get it on Chorus:Kind of faded, but I'm feeling alright Thinkin' about making my move tonight I can't pretend that you're only my friend when you're holdin' my body tight 'Cause I like the way you're making your move I like the way you're making me wait At the end of the night, I'm gonna make you feel like mine You'll be coming on home with me, yeah, yeah, yeah Don't you know you've got it? And you know I want it I can't wait to take you home (you know you've got it tonight) I don't want to be rude at allI just want to be where you go Think that we could be alone? (yeah) Couldn't we do what we did last night Couldn't baby you and I be better friends Don't you think it's time we went a bit further, oh yeah Every night when we say goodbye How can I help lookin' in your eyes Wondering why that you and I haven't hit it Can we get it on Chorus X5

WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME? by Chicago

(David Foster, tom Keane and Richard Baskin) Take me as I am Put your hand in mine now and forever Darling here I stand, stand before you now Deep inside I always knew It was you, you and me Two hearts drawn together bound by destiny It was you and you for me Every road leads to your door Every step I take forever more CHORUS: Just say you'll love me for the rest of your life I gotta lot of love and I don't want to let go Will you still love me for the rest of my life? 'Cause I can't go on No, I can't go on I can't go on If I'm on my own Take me as I am Put your heart in mine, stay with me forever 'Cause I am just a man who never understood I never had a thing to prove Till there was you You and me Then it all came clear so suddenly How close to you that I wanna be CHORUS Bridge: Do you believe a love could run so stong? Do you believe a love could pass you by? There was no special one for me I was the lovely one, you see But then my heart lost all control Now you're all that I know CHORUS (Top Of Page)
