Room rates

• Typical rooms are priced at $10.
• Half bathrooms are $5.
• Kitchens range from $10-$20 depending on floor and counter space.
• Full bathrooms also range from $10-$20 again depending on floor and counter space.
• If you have all hard wood floors there may be an extra service charge due to the fact I do throughly scrub them. This extra fee may range from $5-$10.
• I usually price foyers and stairways together, and they also range from $5-10 per cleaning.
• As a side note, sometimes one week a room may need to be cleaned but not another week. If this is the case we came come to an agreement about which rooms are cleaned week to week. This cuts down on over charging and lets you focus on which rooms you want cleaned and when.
