Huntingtown Cemetery, established 28 December 1787, is located on Brushy Hill Road off Huntingtown Road in Newtown, Connecticut. Common surnames within the cemetery are Benedict, Blakeman, Botsford, Brisco, Dimon, French, Gilbert, Griffin, Parmelee, Peck, Summers and Toucey. The majority of the stones date from the mid- to late 1800s, but there are some 19th and 20th century burials. Overall, not a very remarkable cemetery.
