Reading Olympics

Once again, students will have the opportunity to participate in the Bucks County Reading Olympics. Last year over 4,000 students, from 13 school districts, participated. This event encourages children of various reading levels to get excited about books. Students will be placed on teams and will be asked to read books from a selected list. The selected titles can be found in the Sandburg library or at any county library. During the competition, students will compete in three rounds of questions with three other groups of children. At the end of the evening, each student will receive a ribbon. The ribbon color is determined by the number of points received during the three rounds of competition.
