~~~On my way down~~~
Hey!! Its me Nikki..I am working on my way down for once in my life instead of up up up!! This website is to help me keep track of my weight loss, mark my goals...and show the world what I have done!! It isn't easy and I am proud to be doing it!!! I have always been overweight, and as I got older, I thought ohh well this is the way my life is gonna be, but then when I would see pictures or home movies of myself...I would get such a sick feeling, I could not beleive it was me, I am (was) sooo huge!! I heard about Weight Watchers from some girls at work and I thought well...I might as well try it cuz I have nothing to loose but weight!! I feel soo much better about myself!!! I also wanna say how proud of my little sister I am, she joined the program with me and things are going great for her too!! She is down 30lbs right now...and I don't think I would be able to do this program without her...she is there to push me when I need it, keep up the good work Em, you and I are gonna be CUTE!!!
