I created this page because I am looking for one Dorothy James…she is an absolutely beautiful, African-American woman, maybe 30 years old, who I assume lives in Oakland California…it’s a missed connections kind of thing…we were sitting across from one another at the Oakland, Ca Mortgage Assistance Program class at City Hall on June 11th and 12th and I thought I detected something like reciprocal interest…I may be wrong, but the thing is….I blew it…I really wanted to talk to her after class and I thought I could run and move my car, and be back inside before she stopped talking to the mortgage agent. I parked my car and started to run across the street when she emerged from the parking deck in a little SUV thing and passed me with a wave and smile…at that point my options were to run down the street after her like a maniac…or let her go and hope I run into her again. In retrospect, maybe I should have done the former….anyway, if you have found this site and are Dorothy James or know Dorothy James, please email seekingdorothyj@netscape.net
