Denia, a Greek town named Hemeroskopeion, later named Dianium from the Romans, counts 50 000 inhabitants today, situated between Valencia and Alicante at an equal distance of 100 km. Denia has got a big ferry and fishing port and three different yachtports with more than 1200 berths.
