Tiara: gold, the gem is a silver heart
Suit: like eternal moon except it doesn’t have the round shoulders
Choker: blue with a silver star and heart hanging at the bottom of the star
Skirt: 2 layers, top layer is white(kinda clear), bottom is silver blue

Bows: silver/ light pink, back tails go down to her knees
Broach: white with a pink heart in the center and a silver star in the heart
Cape: very light blue to the middle of her back

History:
Sailor Heal is the scout that no one ever knew about. Queen Sierra never told anyone about her, not even her daughter. Her job was to protect the everything in the crystal room, including the Crystal of Light. The only time she ever left the room was when the Kingdom was attacked by the evil Sorceress to help fight. Heal warned the Queen that a great battle was to come, but Sierra wouldn’t listen. Sailor Heal had the power to heal wounds and illnesses. She lost those powers when she left the Crystal Room with out the Queens consent.
