Later that day in the Knight’s living room. Sidra, Sierra, Steve, Morgan, the scouts and the cats were talking about the events of last night.
“So what do we do now?” Natasha asked
“I don’t know.” Steve replied “Once the Center gets a kingdom up and running we might have to move there.”
“Salena won’t go to another planet.” Sidra stated “I know she won’t. She’ll find a way out of it.”
“It’s only natural to rebel against the kingdom.”Star said “She doesn’t want to be princess. It’s understandable.”
“Poor Salena.” Lizy said serenely
“Why do you say that?” Sierra asked
“Because she’s forced into being something she doesn’t want to be. It’s not fair for her.” the dark blue cat replied “She has said over and over that she doesn’t want to be a princess and now she has to be one. She’ll never have a normal life.”
“I think she’ll be fine. She’s a good kid and she will accept it in the end.” Star said “I know she will.”
Sierra and Sidra looked at each other knowingly.
“Lets hope.” Sierra said standing up “We should head home.”
“Now? We should wait for Salena and Oryan to wake up.” Sidra said “Their going to have a lot of questions.”
“I know but they’ll get their answers you know that.” Sierra explained
“Fine then.” Sidra said getting up
The two girls walked out onto the back porch. They took hands and Sierra took out a small gold key with a heart handle. The twins turned around and waved good-bye to everyone.
“Time Key take us home!”they yelled.
Then Sidra and Sierra drifted up into the sky and disappeared into the blue sky.
In Salena’s room she watched as Sidra and Sierra flew away in to the sky. She sat down on her windowsill and looked at herself in the mirror. She was still in the gown she had on this morning. She ripped the star necklace off her neck and threw it on the floor. Her dress vanished and turned in to her school uniform.
“Why me?” she asked herself “Why do i have to be the stupid princess? I don’t want to be her. I don’t care if it’s selfish. I want to be me and only me.”
The crystal began to glow again as it had done during the night. The scout formed again and looked at Salena.
“What’s wrong princess.” she asked
“I don’t want to be a princess.” Salena replied
“But you are. You can’t change that.” the scout replied “But you can change the way the kingdom is run. You are in command. You decide how it shall be operated”
“I don’t want to be in command.” Salena stated firmly “I don’t want to run a kingdom. I don’t want to protect people or be protected. I want to go to school, hang out with my friends, go shopping, I want to do teen things. Ruling a kingdom isn’t a teen thing.”
“Like i said. You can change how things will work. If you want to be a teen then be one. Change the rules. Brake them if you have to because an unhappy princess means an unhappy kingdom. So change what you want and if you can’t change it, brake it. Who care if everyone disagrees. You are in control of the kingdom, more importantly, your life. No one can make you do something you aren’t willing to do, and if they try to stuff ‘em in the dudgeons.” the scout said
Salena looked at the scout as though she had made a new friend.
“Why are you helping me?” Salena asked
“That’s what i do. I serve the one who bears the crystal of light.” she replied
“Oh. Right.” Salena said “Thanks.”
The scout bowed and disappeared back into the crystal. Salena walked down stairs and saw everyone but Oryan in the living room.
“Hi.” Morgan said looking up.
“Hi.” she replied “What’s going on?”
“We’re trying to decide what to do next. Now that the enemy is gone and the princess is found.” Star answered
Salena nodded and sat down. She looked over at Natasha.
“So are we going to help the solar scouts with their fight or not.” Natasha asked returning to her conversation with Sharta and Aurora.
“I don’t think we should.” Aurora said
“It’s not our fight.” Sharta said sternly “We should only help if they ask for it.”
Then Salena looked over at the four cats. They were deep in conversation. They took no notice that Salena was watching them.
“But the Center probably already knows.” Star said
“But what do we really know about the Center?” Datony asked flatly
“Nothing!”Lizy said wittingly
“Exactly. So why should we care about them?” Datony said
“If they don’t know then we should tell them.” Sirus replied “They are the ones who help the star scouts all over the universe.”
“Yeah but we don’t know who they are or what they do.” Datony replied relentlessly
Salena looked away as Renee came and sat next to her.
“Hey.” she said
“Hi.”Salena greeted
“How’s it going.”Renee asked
“Fine.” Salena shrugged
“So what are you going to do now?” Renee asked
“About what? About the Kingdom?” Salena asked
“Yeah. I mean everyone’s got an opinion on what we should next. I say we just play it out. See what comes next.” stated Renee
“I don’t really know. I guess we should just see it day by day.” Salena answered “I don’t really know how to rule a kingdom or anything.”
“What about Oryan? What’s going on between you and him?”
Salena shook her head.
“He might still move back to America.” Salena said
“Give him a good enough reason to stay and he might just stick around.” Renee said
Salena said “Yeah but what reason do i have?”
Renee thought about it for a minute “Do you love him?”
“I don’t know. I think i do. I mean i care about him. A lot.” she responded “He’s a great guy. Caring, sweet, gentle, smart, funny, and i don’t know what i would do with out him.”
“I think that’s what they call love.” Renee stated
Salena looked around the room “Where is Oryan anyways?”
“I think he went for a walk.”Renee answered
“Oh.” Salena said
“Where’s the crystal?” Renee asked curiously
“Upstairs. Why?” Salena asked
Once she said that it got very quiet. Everyone stopped talking and was now staring at Salena.
“What?” she asked
“You should never leave the crystal unattended.” Star replied sternly
“I don’t care.” salena replied recklessly “I don’t want to have to protect some crystal. If someone else wants to by all means do so. It’s on the floor.”
“We can’t.” Morgan replied “It’s your duty to protect it. And in return it will protect you.”
“I don’t WANT to protect it and i don’t WANT to be protected. I told you that already.” said Salena unwaveringly
“It doesn’t matter you have to.” Star debated “You were chosen as the princess of light and as princess you must protect they crystal that protects every star in the universe.”
“No.” Salena argued getting up and walking out of the house
“Why won’t she take this seriously?” Star asked heading to salena’s room to retrieve the crystal
“She is seriously.” Lizy answered “Just about not being the Princess of Light.”
Three young girls, one about 15 years old with dirty blonde hair and silver streaks, one about 17 with white/blonde hair, and the last one about 16 with red hair (we saw her earlier in the story {hint: chpt 18}) were deep in conversation at the Cherry Blossom Café.
“So where should we start?” the red head asked
“Well maybe we should get her attention first.” the white/blonde asked
“But Helen that could take forever. You know how unnerving that girl can be.” the red head asked
“Relax May Line. It will take time.” Helen (white blonde) said
“So how will we get her attention?” the dirty blonde asked
“Well Erika, we will do what ever the Center tells us to.” Helen answered
“Great we’re going to have ta follow the book.” Erika replied annoyed
“No we won’t.”May Line said “You know we don’t do that. Besides the brat hasn’t found the book yet.”
“I don’t mean THE Book. I mean the rule book. On confronting HER and all.” Erika said
“Don’t worry about confronting her. I have class with her.” May Line stated “We have gym together.”
“See Erika. Don’t worry. Once the Center gives word on when and where, we’ll move.” Helen said
“Why bother with the Center? They never let us have any fun.” Erika asked reproachfully
“The center was the one who gave you your powers. Remember?” May Line said “Besides guardians aren’t allowed fun.”
“Yeah well whatever. Lets just get this over with so i can get back to my normal job.” Erika commanded
“I wonder who is going to attack the princess now.” May Line wondered aloud
“I hope noone.” Helen answered “we don’t need any distractions right now. We just need to concentrate on her.”
Salena walked into the Cherry Blossom Café. She sat down and gave her order to the waitress. She looked around the café remembering her date with Kenny, who in turn was really her enemy Kensi. Salena took out a notepad and pen from her bag and began writing. She titled the page Things to Change About Being Princess.

Once she couldn’t think of anything else to write she read and reread her list. After she was satisfied she put her notepad away.
Helen looked over at Salena.
“So that’s her huh?” Helen asked
“Yup.” May Line replied sipping her tea
“She doesn’t seem so special.” Erika said glancing over Salena
“She isn’t supposed to. She’s supposed to blend in.”Helen replied
Erika and May Line watched Salena with interest.
“Hey Helen. You’ve been around for a few centuries right?” May Line asked
“Yeah. Why?” Helen answered looking up from her book.
“Well. She kind of reminds me of Sara.” May Line stated
“Yes well. The stars choose souls who are pure and the purer the souls the more alike they are. In some cases any ways.” Helen explained “Just because she has some qualities Sara had doesn’t mean she and Sara are in any way link. Spiritually, magically, or in any way.”
“Right.” May Line said “Well hopefully she won’t give us as much trouble as Sara.”
“Every person is different.” Helen said returning to her book.
May Line watched Salena leave the café.
Salena walked past the park. She was knocked over by a young girl. The girl fell over onto Salena.
“Hey careful.” Salena said getting up
“Sorry.” the girl said standing up and running away from the park
Salena turned around and looked into the park. She had to do a double-take at what she saw.
“No. Not yet.” she groaned watching a young woman in a long dark blue dress.
The woman had green cat eyes and a gold/bronze tiara. She was running in the direction the girl ran. Salena hid behind a tree, then followed the woman. She followed them until the got to her school. Then they stopped.
“Why won’t you just give up girl? Your only delaying the inevitable.” the woman yelled
“Just go away.”the girl screamed
“Fine then have it you way.” the woman said
The woman pulled out a what looked to be magicians wand. She pointed it at the girl and said something Salena couldn’t hear. A blast of black color charged out of the tip of the wand at the girl and hit her. The girl screamed.
“Oh. Great.” Salena moaned “The one time i don’t bring my scepter i need it. Oh well. Guess I’ll just have to do it the old fashioned way.”
Salena began to walk out from behind the tree she was concealed behind when her necklace fell out of no where. Salena looked at it then the words Nebula Light Power.
“So i finally got a new transformation. But i don’t have my broach.” Salena said “Well i do have the crystal so... Nebula Light Power!”
Once she said those words a flash of blue and yellow light surrounded her body creating her white body suit and her white skirt. A yellow light encircled her legs forming her blue boots (much light eternal moon only the moon is a star) and around her arms forming her gloves. Her tiara formed on her forehead and her yellow bows formed from yellow stars.
“Wow. Cool. Different.”she said in awe
“Ahh! Some one help!” she heard the girl scream
Salena turned around in her new outfit and looked at the girl. She ran out into the opening.
“Leave her alone!” she yelled
The woman turned around and asked “And why should I?”
“Because I and Sailor Nebula Light and in the name of the Stars in the sky I will vanquish you.”
“So you’ll vanquish me big deal. As long as I get her magic energy I don’t care.” the woman said
“So you after magic huh? Well this is new.” Nebula Light said walking over towards them “I don’t think she has any magic I her.”
“Why not?” the woman asked
Nebula Light looked at the girl “Well for one if she did you could have fought you herself.”
“Fright can do that to some one.” the woman said “Now go away I’m busy.”
“No.” Nebula Light said “Now what was that attack. Oh right. Star Light Elimination!”
A black whole formed in front of Nebula Light and a yellow light erupted out of it at the woman and engulfed her. The woman fell to the grown and turned to ash.
Nebula Light ran to the girl to make sure she was alright. Once she was sure she would be fine she left and untransformed.
“So she got a new transformation.” a scout said from the shadows
“Yup.” another said walking into the light followed by her friends
One scout was in all yellow, another in green, and the last in blue and pink.
“But what I want to know is who gave her the new transformation.” the pink asked
“Didn’t the Center?” the green asked
“Kero get over it.” the yellow asked “The Center couldn’t have.”
“They would have told us.” the blue add “Miracle clean up the ashes and get them back to the Center.” the one in yellow bowed and did so “Kero you need to find out where she got her new transformation power. If the Center didn’t give it to her then someone else did and then WE will be in trouble.”
The one in green walked back in to the shadows and disappeared.
