Mythologies and Mysteries

Salena and Renee walked into their literature class and sat down in front of Amy and Molly.
“Hey guys.”Renee said taking her book out.
“Hello.”Amy replied
A young women in a blue dress suit walked into the class.
“Hello class. My name is Ms. Minoru and I’m subbing for your teacher. I will be here for a few days. Your teacher didn’t leave any notes on what you did last class so I’ll choose. How about Myths?”she said looking around the class.”Did you already get to that?”
Amy raised her hand”No. We we’re supposed to take a test.”
The class moaned and gave Amy evil glares.
“Well she didn’t leave me anything so you won’t be able to take it.” She exclaimed “ Now why don’t you open to page 315 in your books. Does anyone know any myths?”
Three people raised their hands. Ms. Minoru checked the seating chart and called on a boy in the back.
“The Greek Myths with Zeus.”he said
“Ah. Yes....”She said going into a long lecture about the myth.
When she finished on the Greeks she asked “ Any other Myths?”
Rochelle who was sitting 2 rows over from Salana blurted out”What about the Myth about the Kingdom of Stars?” Rochelle looked at Salena as with a look that she knew something.
“I was wondering if anyone had heard about that one.” Ms. Minoru exclaimed “The Myth of the Kingdoms of Light dates back thousand of yours. It was said a young queen, her daughter, and her court lived in the Kingdom of Light on the planet Polaris. The Kingdom died when it was attacked. People believed that the stars controlled what was going to happen to them so they would pray to the queen of the stars to protect them and guide them on the path of good. Some people wee skeptical of the queen and didn’t believe in her.”Ms. Minoru glanced around the room. “ It is said that the queen sent her daughter and her daughters court to the future, to now. Does anyone have a guess who could possible be the princess of Light or one of her court?”
There was a long pause. Then Molly raised her hand “Could Sailor Moon or one of the sailor scouts be her?”
Ms. Minoru looked surprised that someone would say sailor moon. Ms Minoru said “I don’t think it could be Sailor Moon. I think that Sailor...”Salena held her breath. “North Star or a star scout would be the princess.”Salena let out a sigh of relief.
Finally the bell rang ending school.
“Alright, homework is to find the most information on the myth of the stars and the winner gets a surprise.”she said as everyone left.
Salena could here everyone whispering about what the surprise could be. Salena and Renee walked out of the class and out of school.
“That was weird.” Renee said “So what do ya wanna do now?”
“I dunno. I think I’m going to go home and play on the internet.”Salena replied
“Ok then. See you tomorrow.”
‘Bye.”

Salena walked home and up to her room. She set her books on her desk and turned on her computer.
“What’s up?”
“Huh”salena said looking around the room “ Oh. Hi Sidra.” she said looking at her mirror.
‘Whatcha doing?”sidra asked
“Homework. I have to find information on the myth of the star kingdom.”salena said
“Really? That should be easy. Specially since it’s about you and your mother.” Sidra said “So just put down what you know.”
“That’s just it. I don’t remember anything about the kingdom.” salena replied checking her e-mail
“Well ask star or Lizy. They should know.”she advised “I won’t help you with this because you need to find out about the past on your own, but you can ask them. Sorry.”
“It’s ok. I’ll ask them later.”Salena promised

The next day Salena’s in her literature class. They just turned in their homework. Ms. Minoru decided to read some of the best ones to the class. Renee’s was read first, then Salena’s.
“Ok class. This one is Salena’s.”she started “‘The myth of the kingdom of light dates back about 2 thousand years. The kingdom was located on the planet named after the north star called Polaris. The ruler of the kingdom was Queen Sierra and her daughter Sara. They protected the kingdom and the stars with the help of their protectors the Star Sailor Scouts and the Crystal of Light. The crystal was also known as the White Imperial Crystal for the white light is emitted. One day the kingdom was under attack by an evil sorceress. The queen went to a neighboring kingdom th warn them, leaving Sara and the scouts alone. The prince of darkness heard about it and came to help, even though his family and Sara’s were great enemies. He only came to help because he was in love with Sara. The sorceress threw an attack at the prince but Sara jumped in front saving him and killing herself. Then she threw one last attack and killed everyone on the planet. Queen Sierra saw her daughter dead and her kingdom destroyed. She used her crystal of light to destroy the sorceress. Then she sent her daughter, her court, and the prince to the future in hopes that they will find happiness and peace. Then she died.’Very well written Salena. I didn’t even know there was this must information on it. Even you Renee know a lot about this subject. You could only know this must if you were actually apart of the court.”
Suddenly Ms. Minoru started to morph into a flower demon. The whole class started to scream and run out of the class.
“Salena what do we do?” Renee asked
“Run!”she replied
Salena grabbed Renee and Molly’s hand and ran out of the class.
“Molly get out of here! We have to go get help!”salena commanded
“Ok.” Molly said
Salena and Renee ran into a broom closet.
“Ok Renee lets do this.”salena said taking out her broche.
“Right! Illusion Crystal Power make up!” Renee shouted as a burst of silver/blue lights circled around her in the shape of a cross.
“Nebula Star Power make up!”salena shouted. Nothing happened. “Oh no. it didn’t work. What do I do now?”
“Go get the other scouts. I’ll hold her off.” Illusion suggested
“What? No I can’t let you face her alone.”salena said
“Well you have to!”She said “Now go!”
“Fine.”
Salena ran one way as Illusion ran the other back to the class. Salena ran down the hall looking every class for a scout. She finally found Natasha in her math class. Luckily the teacher wasn’t in there.
“Natasha I need your help.”salena said running in.
“What? What’s wrong?” She asked.
Salena whispered “My literature teacher is an enemy and Illusions there fighting her now, by her self.”
“What!!? You left her there alone? Some friend you are.” she yelled getting up and running out of the class. “ Why didn’t you help her?”
“I couldn’t. My transformation didn’t work.” salena replied
Salena and Natasha ran to the class.
“Right then. North Star Crystal Power make up!” Natasha yelled “Now stay here.”
Salena watched the fight in the class from the hall.
“Illusion Imitation!!” Illusion shouted blocking the attack “Finally!!”
“Sorry. Alright then. Star Solar attack.” North Star shouted blasting the demon.
The demon fell to the ground. “Earth! Get your but out here!” it yelled
Sister Earth materialized next to the demon.
“What do you want now?” she asked
“The scouts!!” the demon said pointing
“Oh. Hello again scouts. Having fun?” Earth asked turning around “Where is Nebula? I thought she would be here.”
“Nope sorry. Just us. Star Solar Attack!” North Star said
Jumping out the door, Earth dodged the attack. But she spotted salena watching the fight.
“Hello there. Who might you be?” She asked
“Um... Gotta go!” Salena said running
“IT’S YOU! SAILOR NEBULA!” earth exclaimed chasing after salena
Salena ran down the hall and up the stairs trying to lose Earth. The bad thing was, Earth was flying and gaining speed. Salena ran onto the roof.
“What do you want?” Salena said panting
“ I want you dead.” earth replied
“Why me? What did I ever do to you?” Salena asked
“ Well.. Nothing really but if I kill you then I’ll become queen with my love King Kensi. So shut up and die!!” Earth answered
“Never!”
“Pity.” Earth said “I guess you’d rather I take your friends life.” Earth reached her hand in to the black hole that just formed right next to her and pulled out a girl with long strawberry-blonde hair.
“Jesse! No! Let her go this instant!” salena shouted
“You want her! Then come get her!”
Salena started to run right at Earth , but earth blasted her with poison berry attack. Salena flew back and fell to the ground. She got up and ran back at her. Again she got knocked down. Earth threw the unconscious Jesse the ground. Salena ran up to her to make sure she was alright. Illusion and North Star ran threw the door.
“Are you ok?” Illusion said out of breath.
“Yeah. Get Jesse out of here.” Salena replied
“Then your coming to.” illusion commanded
“No! Earth wants to fight me then I’ll let her.”
“No way. Your getting out of here.” North Star ordered
“Twin Star Escalation!”
Salena turned and saw 2 girls, one in a blue pixie outfit and blonde hair and the other in a yellow pixie outfit and blue hair, fly onto the roof.
“Who are you?” Earth asked hovering over the roof
They didn’t answer.
“Twin Star Escalation!” they shouted together aiming their attack at Earth
The attack hit her and knocked her to the ground bleeding green blood.
“Sidra take this!” the one in the yellow outfit yelled throwing a small scepter to Salena
Salena caught it. She looked at it.
“What do I do with it?” she asked “Oh..” Salena pointed the scepter at Earth . A small beam of light shot out of it and hit Earth destroying her.
“Ahhhh!! Nooooooooo!!” Earth said turning into a pile of dust.
Salena looked up at the 2 girls. They stared back and smiled. Then they waved good-bye and left flying off toward to Tokyo Tower.
“Wow! Salena. That was cool.” Illusion said
“Yeah, but why did they call you Sidra?” North star said before she untransformed
“I don’t know but once I caught the scepter I knew what to do. Well sort of.” Salena replied
The three girls walked down stairs to the class where Renee left Jesse. She was awake.
“What happened?” Jesse asked
“Good question. What did happen?” Amy asked walking in with Serena and Lita.
“I’m not really sure my self.” salena said hiding the scepter behind her back.
