Hope this custom layout will suite your needs. It features nested tables within each of the three main cells, CSS links, PNG images and Verdana font. The site button you asked for is at the bottom. You can contact me if there are any problems.
To use this layout copy & paste the HTML code at the bottom of the page to a new BLANK page and save the top banner, dark blue background and site button to your own server. (Don't forget to put them in an "/images" directory.)
