I remember Hayley as a happy, friendly, loving,
energetic little girl. She was 11 the last time I saw her and her
family. She stayed in the background when the grownups were doing
their thing, but the rest of the time she was always making sure
we were comfortable, and enjoying ourselves. She was always cheerful.
She wasn’t too busy with anything else in her life that was more
important than having a good time with us. We felt very special.
We went swimming & Bob went with Hayley & Les up to a cave-thing(and
he still talks about that). Hayley showed me around her flower garden.
She was very huggable. When I think of Hayley I always remember
her laughing, having fun, and spreading joy.
