Constitution
Article 1: Charge
Section 1: Mission
Working with children (in correlation with parents/teachers and R-MC faculty and staff) providing them with the necessary skills to become successful members in school and their community.
Article 2: Available on main home page Sologan, purpose etc.
Article 3: Membership
Section 1: GPA Requirement
Active members must meet the 2.0 GPA requirement by midterm of each semester.
Article 4: Chain of Command
Section 1: Executive President
Heads all final decisions after approval of advisor and group members. Reports to the President all important meeting and information that needs to be shared with the members. Heads marketing of the organization and travel arrangements.
Section 2: President
Arranges and documents meeting with the members. Serves as a liaison between the Advisor, Exec President, Student Counsel and other board members.
Section 3: Advisor
Helps make important decisions in the organization. Serves as treasurer and helps market the organization. Theses duties will be shared as more members join the group.
Article 5: Non-Discrimatory Claimer
The RTG holds no room for discrimination of any kind as listed in the R-MC Fish Tales. Resulting actions will include a $100 fine report to proper RMC officials for review and removal from program.
Article 6: Amending the constitution
This constitution serves as an outline for the organization and is due to change and interpretation by the Executive President and Advisors.
Article 7: Agreement Statement
By signing this agreement I state that I have read and understand all parts of the constitution. I agree to adhere to all the rules and information enlisted.
