from the holiest of religions and journals from the most renowned of people.
With the advent of the Internet, journals face more of a test than those merely printed on paper. It takes just a turn of the head, an accidental slip of the plug, for years of recorded persistence to be sucked into oblivion. The test for the Internet's durability faces two possible destinations—either immortalality through digitalization or complete assimilation so thorough that it will become an unreadable blip in the mind. All the more reason that this home page will be unlikely to make a difference. |
