Sababa Plush News in 2006...

Early August will see a line of plush including Gobo, Red and Wembley. Each will come with a disc with two of the character's episodes and one animated episode. Sababa are looking at releasing Mokey, Boober and Travelling Matt for Spring 2007.

They also had this to say about a mini Mokey plush, and I quote... "Due to the overwhelming number of emails we’ve received regarding a Mokey plush, we would like to set the records straight. We at Sababa Toys are Fraggle Rock fans ourselves, which is why we sought out the license. We WILL be producing a Mokey plush for release in SUMMER 2006!"

Mini plushes of Wembey and Gobo, and Red and Boober are available each with a DVD. The Wembley and Gobo set has "The Beast Of Blue Rock" and the Red and Boober set has "Marooned"! See the images on the right!

In 2003 and 2004 as the Fraggles 20th Anniversary arrived alot of new Fraggle merchandising arrived too!

You could go into any Hot Topic, Media Play or a number of other stores and know that you are going to be able to buy something. But in a lot of stores stuff did sell out very fast.

Sababa Toys started a Fraggle line in 2003 with brand new Red and Gobo plush dolls and three Doozer PVC figures.

Also available are new Fraggle patches. You can buy a Doozer, the Fraggle five or the Fraggle Rock logo.

You can buy Doozer stickers to decorate your school books or anything else that needs decorating, If you bought enough of them you could have a whole Doozer army!


Also the thing that we all most wanted came, Fraggle DVD's! A whole boxset of twenty six episodes too! Except they were in French with no English audio soundtrack.
It was fantastic news for the French people, But it would have been even better news if it had English audio.

On April 5th a Fraggle Rock DVD was released in England, with twelve episodes. And on July 20th a Fraggle Rock DVD was released in the US with three episodes and one Animated episode! And on January 3rd, 2005 the second US DVD was released with four episodes and one Animated episode!

Two new messenger bags are available sporting the new stylized Fraggle art, One has Red and the other has Gobo.
