Pick out two well formed pieces of bread. Carefully check the edges for firmness. Once you have found your slices lay them side by side on a clean paper towel. Gently spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jelly on the other. Then place the jelly slice on top of the peanut butter slice. Make a diagonal cut or if you feel festive cut into four pieces for an hor d'erve.
