            5. RIGHT OF DEALER HAS TO ORDER IF UPCARD IS A KING.
            6. IF THE UPCARD IS THE ONE ASSIGNED TO YOU, CALL IT!
            7. ANYONE MAY ORDER 9'S OR 10'S BUT IF NO ONE DOES, THEN DEALER MUST PICK IT UP.
            8. MAKE TABLE RATED STD AND PROTECTED.
            9. IF YOU PASS AND IT’S YOUR TRUMP TO CALL THEN YOUR PARTNER CALLS IT AND CANNOT GO ALONE.
            10. IF THE DEALER PASSES THE TRUMP ASSIGNED THEN SKIP ONCE.
