What Is It?
Transitioning to a natural foods diet can be confusing when you first start. We can help make it easy for you!
We're here to help you in shopping for natural foods, economically and in the healthiest way, at the same time pleasing your tastes.
We can also help you in learning how to prepare natural foods you and your family and guests will enjoy!
We can help you in understanding the ways in which to combine natural foods for better digestion, and also how to plan a good meal.
We can help you to understand the health benefits to eating a natural diet, according to research that's been performed. We can also introduce you to traditional ways of eating which have long been used for health, as well as folk medicine remedies which utilize foods.
We can help you sort out the terms in use today, such as organic, natural, genetically modified, irradiated, gluton-free, free-range, family-farmed vs. factory farmed, and other labels you may happen to see or wonder about, in addition to explaining how this relates to your health.
We are here for vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters alike.
We are not licensed dietitiians, but we do understand the principles of how food works in the body to cleanse, nourish, balance and heal. We also understand how it moves through the body to be effectively used and eliminated, or how disease is created when it just sits and rots. We can help you in learning how to best utilize foods for the functions for which they were meant!
We can also introduce you to tools which you can easily utilize yourself in beginning and following a new natural foods plan. Contact us today to begin your new adventure in natural foods health!

Practitioners:
Dr. Mary Jo Eshelman, ND, CTN, CNHP, D.D. is a Certified Traditional Naturopath as well as being an
ordained minister. She teaches according to the way foods were originally presented to us for use for our good, as in Genesis 1. She has been trained in nutrition as a part of her naturopathic studies, and has been interested in natural foods her whole life.
Dr. Eshelman, a family and child development major in college and former member of the
American Home Economics Association, has been an active vegetarian since 1968, and is happy to share with you about this. She is, however, able to work quite well in helping meat eaters to eat a more natural diet, as well.
Additionally, Dr. Eshelman has experience both professionally and personally with using nutrition in achieving
weight balancing goals. She also has a background in
addictions, and can help if food is a problem for you.
We'll even go shopping with you, if you'd like! (Or FOR you if you are unable to get out and do shopping yourself.)
