The year for me is winding down. It's funny to think that May 30th will conclude nine-months of training for our Master's Commission students. June 7th I will have been in Canada for one year. I can remember back to last year trying to hurry and update this site before I left. And now, here I am again. It's crazy the places a year will take you. I look at where I have been with my freindships. Some are stronger than ever and some are so weak. Some are totally nonexsistent. I am so blessed to have made so many great new friends. Canada is a great place for that. I look back at our memories. The fun times: Breaside; doing Nate's desk; the talks with Dano; the West Coast tour; fun times at the Quinn's; making dinner with Jean; Waterloo; late night car rides tping Nate, Laakso's, and Ryan's vehicles; the pylon incident; Starfield; Mark and Dano and the eveluation of the Sneak Sneaky club; playing games like "Battle of the Sexes", "Monopoly", "Taboo", and "Life"; The Rock-a-Thon; the boardwalk; Halo; Manitulan Island; the guy laying in the middle of the road in front of my car; cliff diving at Laura's; "swimming" on the last day of summer vacation; 20 Questions and then some. It's been a great year full of triumph and tragedy, full of learning and laziness, full of joy and frustration. All in all, I've been so pleased here. I love it actually. I wouldn't trade it. Unless some of you back home wanted to move here.....
