Rabbi Rosenberg appears to be drunk in this video. He allegedly raises funds for the poor people of Tzefat (Safed). The way he's dressed, I can imagine what he thinks of Jesus/Yeshua, Messianic Jews, Christians, and Missionaries. I might be wrong but I don't trust giving money to ultra-Orthodox Jews, drunks, and kabbalist.
