When I fist came across my name in the ‘Voice of the Martyrs’ I was shocked to say the least. I felt as if I had just read my name in the obituary column while still alive.
It reminded me of when I attended the dedication of the Vietnam Memorial (The Wall) in Wash D.C., reading name after name, looking for mine, but it wasn’t there, I was still alive.
Wow! ‘The Voice of the Martyrs’; the missionary hall of fame… most Believers would settle for a starry crown; in Nam a bronze or silver star. But, who wants a write up in ‘The Voice of the Martyrs’ or to be issued a purple heart.
